An engineered matrix of systems enable multiple production areas to operate at peak efficiency and with complete independence.


For example, unlike most producers, Hanford relies exclusively on Water-For-Injection for all line and component flushing, instead of just final washes. So, each sterile core is supported by its own WFI generator, as well as compressed air and filtered air source.

Both Hanford production centers, a half-mile apart, are served by military-style uninterruptible electrical power supplies.

Finally, an on-site label printing plant uses high-speed scanning technology (also from the military) to proofread each of hundreds of printed labels per minute!
